Delivery and Payment Terms
Orders can be placed on the website 24/7.
Orders are processed by a manager daily from 08:00 to 21:00.
Once an order has been placed and successfully paid, it is sent for processing. If the customer did not select the “Do not call me for confirmation” option during checkout, a manager may contact the customer to clarify order details.
Delivery
Delivery is available daily from 09:00 to 23:00.
Delivery of pre-arranged orders is available daily from 07:00 to 23:00.
We deliver orders within Kyiv and to selected locations in the Kyiv region.
Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected delivery address.
Delivery within Kyiv

• for orders from UAH 400 to UAH 999, delivery is provided by taxi services at the carrier’s current rates;

• for orders of UAH 1,000 or more, delivery by a GELIUM courier is available;

• for orders of UAH 4,000 or more, delivery within Kyiv is free.

Delivery within the Kyiv Region
The minimum order amount is UAH 1,000.
Delivery cost depends on the distance to the recipient’s address and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Pickup
Pickup is available for orders of UAH 400 or more.
Before arriving, please wait for a message or confirmation from our manager that your order is ready.

Please note: delivery times are approximate and may change due to traffic conditions, weather, air-raid alerts and other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
Payment
Payment is made during checkout on the website.
Once payment has been successfully completed, the order is sent for processing.
If necessary, a manager may contact the customer to clarify order details unless the “Do not call me for confirmation” option was selected during checkout.

Payment is made directly on the website using Visa or Mastercard through a secure payment system.
Bank transfer
If required, a manager can provide bank details for payment by bank transfer.
Cashless payment
Legal entities can pay by invoice.
